Results

Results are notified through the institute notice board and official NCHMCT channels. Students should regularly check the Student Notice Board and institute communications for updated result publications.

Mid-term assessments carry 30% weightage per semester. Semester-ending examinations are conducted as per National Council examination rules. IGNOU course results are separate and require passing five courses over three years.

Candidates who fail in the annual examination may appear in the subsequent annual examination as a regular candidate after paying full fees, or as an external candidate on payment of examination fees only.

Scholarships and grants, when provided, require satisfactory attendance, good conduct, and academic progress. Proficiency prizes are distributed annually during celebrations for curricular and co-curricular achievements.
