The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) and the JNU New Delhi jointly offer the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) programme in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. The three-year programme equips students with the skills, knowledge, and attitude required to efficiently discharge supervisory responsibilities in the hospitality sector. Institute is providing Vegetarian option in B.Sc.H & HA.
The programme also includes extensive laboratory training, enabling students to acquire the knowledge and skills required in the operational areas of Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, Front Office Operations, and Housekeeping. It also provides substantial management inputs in areas such as Sales and Marketing, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Hotel and Catering Law, Property Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Computer Skills, and Tourism Studies.
The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) centrally regulates admissions to the B.Sc. Hospitality and Hotel Administration programme through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE), which is conducted annually in the month of April.
