The Basic Training Kitchen (BTK) provides students with hands-on training in the preparation of basic Continental and Indian cuisines.The kitchen is equipped with latest equipments.

Circulation Time: Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Strict silence, decorum, and discipline must be maintained in the library.

This hands-on training prepares them for advanced culinary laboratories, industrial internships, and professional careers in hotels, restaurants, resorts, cruise lines, and other food service establishments.
