Hostel Management

Principal (Chief Warden), Lecturer (Warden), Administrative cum Accounts Officer, and Resident/Assistant Warden manage residential facilities collaboratively.

Visitor Hours

Weekdays: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM. Weekends & holidays: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. All visitors must sign the visitor’s log at security.

Mess Timings

Breakfast7:30 – 8:30 AM

Lunch1:00 – 2:00 PM (holidays)

Tea5:30 – 6:00 PM

Dinner7:30 – 8:30 PM

Key Regulations

Residents must be in the hostel by 7:30 PM; prior warden permission required for leaving on weekends or holidays.
Smoking, alcohol, drug abuse, gambling, and ragging are strictly prohibited with immediate expulsion.
Cooking and banned electrical appliances (immersion heaters, stoves, irons) are not permitted in rooms.
Hostel fees are charged for the entire semester/academic year; damages to property will be recovered from responsible students.
Accommodation is on first come, first served basis; application forms available from the Administrative Office.
